The Dayton Episcopal Food Pantry is a ministry dedicated to helping families receive much needed food each month. It is operated by volunteers representing the Episcopal churches in the Dayton area. Food is bagged and distributed twice a month. Volunteers and food donations are always needed. Donations can be dropped into the red wagon in the Narthex or the table in the Parish Hall.

This fall, our Senior Warden, Dana Cunningham, donated yellow bags for families to take to the grocery. Printed on these totes you’ll find a grocery list for the pantry! Leave the bag in your car and pick up an extra something with each trip to the store. On the first Sunday of every month, there is an ingathering of food in the Narthex. It is all blessed during the 10:30 a.m. service and delivered to the pantry the following week!

We have a strong volunteer force from St. Paul’s that participate at the Food Pantry. If you would like to get involved, contact Diane Labrie, or Nedra Smolka Yellow bags are available in the Narthex and in the main office.
